Apparition Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is a 2011 American hero film in view of the Marvel Comics wannabe Ghost Rider. It is the spin-off of the 2007 film Ghost Rider and stars Nicolas Cage as Johnny Blaze the Ghost Rider[5] with supporting parts depicted by Ciarán Hinds (supplanting Peter Fonda), Violante Placido, Johnny Whitworth, Christopher Lambert, and Idris Elba. The movie was coordinated by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, from a screenplay composed by David S. Goyer, Scott M. Gimple and Seth Hoffman. Phantom Rider: Spirit of Vengeance was discharged in theaters on February 17, 2012, in 3D and 2D.
Basic gathering was to a great extent negative; faultfinders censured the content, CGI, and acting.[6] The film earned more than $132 million, against its $57 million generation budget..[7] Nicolas Cage has said that he is "done" with the Ghost Rider films and an arranged spin-off was crossed out. By May 2013, the film rights to Ghost Rider had returned to Marvel Studios and the Robbie Reyes variant of Ghost Rider shows up in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
